What is the MLI-Select Program?

MLI Select is a government-backed CMHC program offering mortgage loan insurance for multi-unit properties (minimum 5 units) for both new construction. This program is available for Canadian assets ONLY.

Investor Requirements

• Once qualified, you are provided with a Certificate of insurance (COI) which allows you to request financing with any bank.
• Financing up to 95% Loan to Value (LTV
• Up to 50 years amortization
• 10 year fixed rate
• Interest rate based on Canadian Mortgage bond (CMB)
